Cancellation or Refund Policy
At Ignis & Aura, each product is carefully handcrafted. We take pride in maintaining quality and consistency.
However, we understand that issues may occur, and we strive to resolve them fairly.
1. Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us at ignisandaura@gmail.com
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Refunds
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless:
• The product arrives damaged, or
• You receive the wrong item.
To request a replacement or refund:
1. Email us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
• Used candles or those with burnt wicks.
• Custom or personalized candles.
4. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us immediately with photos & videos for verification.
